Introduction
Assertiv is an AI-powered Business Process Management (BPM) platform, built on Alfresco and Activiti. It’s integrated with our Assertant AI Agent, which delivers powerful capabilities, like intelligent case processing and workflows automation, case and document summaries, case and content augmented chat, content analytics and AI-powered case reviews and validations.
Assertiv enhanced BPM with a visual, interactive process timeline, it also features advanced process management features, like process simulation, task reversal, and task reassignment.
Assertiv also delivers advanced collaborative tools on case documents, like redlining, annotations, redactions, e-signature, stamps and watermarks.
Assertiv is integrated with Activiti as the workflow engine, either through Alfresco Process Services or directly. It will, thus, work with your existing workflow processes as well as new ones.
Assertiv also includes a built-in, fully customizable and configurable dashboard. It delivers advanced features such as details drill-down feature, time-sliders and runtime parameters.

Assertiv also offers a tree view of in-flight and completed processes, complete with user-defined filters that include search terms like process variables. Users can customize the tree view to display a hierarchy that aligns with their filters, making it easier and more efficient to locate and manage their processes.
Additionally, Assertiv includes advanced process and task actions, such as an interactive process timeline, in-flight process upgrades, task reassignment, task reversal, and extending a task.
Technology
Assertiv is a web-based software developed with a microservices architecture, utilizing Java for the backend and React for the frontend. It supports all major databases, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MS SQL, and can be installed on both Linux and Windows systems. Assertiv is available as a Docker image as well as through traditional distribution installations.
Assertiv is currently integrated with Alfresco Process Services (1.x and 2.x) and Activiti (6.x and 7.x).
Pricing
Assertiv operates on a one-time licensing model, accompanied by an annual support and services agreement. The license fee is determined by the client's size (large, medium, or small). Any requested customizations will be billed on a time and materials (T&M) basis.
